FROM THE LAB
Verification activities are selected, scoped, and documented for each program according to the architecture, operating environment, technical risk, and agreed delivery requirements.
ELECTRICAL BRING-UP
Power-rail sequencing and ripple measured under load. Current draw profiled at idle, nominal, and peak actuation. Rails are checked against design margin before firmware bring-up.
BUS & TIMING VERIFICATION
SPI, I²C, UART, and CAN traffic captured on a logic analyzer. Clock integrity, setup/hold margins, and bus contention checked against each peripheral's datasheet timing.
SENSOR CHARACTERIZATION
IMU noise density, bias stability, and barometric drift recorded during characterization. Fusion output is compared against a reference where the program requires it.
HARDWARE-IN-THE-LOOP
Firmware exercised against simulated flight profiles: nominal, degraded-sensor, and fault-injection runs, as part of pre-delivery verification.
Verification scope is defined per program. Test records are shared with the customer as agreed in the program documentation.
